Slewing Ring Bearings

MOUETTE Slewing Ringsconsist of an internal and external ring and with an integrated raceway system and optional internal or external teeth. In slewing rings, the rolling elements can accommodate axial, radial & tilting moment loads acting either singly or in combination and in any direction. It is generally manufactured with mounting holes, ungeared, internal gear and external gear, lubricant holes and sealing device.

Size Range
Available with ball or roller structure of 60 mm to 7000 mm in outer diameter.

Material being used
Material of ring and rolling element
As a rule, rolling element of MOUETTE Slewing Rings adopt full hardening carbon chromium bearing steel GCr15 or GCr15SiMn to manufacture; bearing rings adopt surface quenched steel 42CrMo or 50Mn. If any special requirements for main machine, may adopt 42CrMo4, 45# and other grade surface quench steel.

Cage Material
The cage forms of MOUETTE Slewing Rings include integral type cage, sectional type cage and spacing block type cage etc. Among them, integral type cage or sectional type cage adopt brass, carbon steel, cast aluminum and nylon. Spacing block type cage adopt polyamide resin, nylon, cast aluminum and aluminum bronze.

Sealing ring material
The sealing ring material of MOUETTE Slewing Rings adopt oil-resistant NBR, for higher temperature range occasions, may adopt fluorine rubber.
